>DCsecial 2.0 filter Installation and descriptions

>Installation: You can either unzip this file directly into
your 'PhotoShop' pluggin directory, or into a temp directory
and copy or move them to you pluggin directory, you're done!

>Always remember that these filters only work in RGB mode,
settable in the 'Mode' menu.

>These are the pluggin filter files:
Dc1969=1969
Dcbook=Book
Dcbrix=Brix
Dccrstl=Crystal
Dcice=Ice
Dcmelt=Melt
Dcpsych=Psych
DCtlblnd=TileBlendRough
DCtnlvn=TunnelVision
DCrshdr=Reshader RGB
DCrshdx=Reshader X/Y

>Decriptions of each:

>1969: The difference intensity for each color in this filter
is either added or subtracted to the original color according
to whether or not the original value is above the cutoff value
or not. Simple, eh? Try using the colobook effect after this
one for sharp outlines.

>Book: I'm sure you will need no directions for this one.

>Brix: Another straight forward filter.

>Crystal: This was actually an accident, but from a blank
picture it makes pretty good patterns. I use patternEdit and
PersianRug with it to mix up the results, experiment with it.

>Ice: This is an edge sensative filter I made to enhance edges
with, then took it a step further and got some nice ice storm
effects. Try this one after Brix for extra brickness ;)

>Psych: Bongos required for full effect ;)

>TileBlendRough: Oooooooh! To see what this is doing, try a
PatternEditDo afterwards to see how the edges have blended.

>TunnelVision: This effect 'tunnels' one frame at a time, so
you can change the settings between frames, but I think it's
best just to set it once, click 'ok', then do "Ctrl+f"'s till
it's just right.('Ctrl+f'=last filter)

>Reshader RGB: This one isolates a color according to the the
RGB values you select and within the sensetivity of the band
value, then adds/subtracts according to the color value sliders,
the center of these sliders = zero change to the selection for
each color, to the left = less, to the right = more.

>Reshader X/Y: Just like Reshader RGB except you specify the
color slection with X/Y coordinates of the picture. Sometimes
the selection in the actual picture is different then in the
sample window, you will need to make X/Y adjustments and undo's
to get these to jive sometimes, sorry, but it will work for the
patient artist.
