====Construction Zone an MTM2 Circuit by Malibu350 (based on Construction Junction evo1-2)====

This track is half dirt and half asphalt with some obstacles that will make the first lap or two interesting but after that its free and clear racing fun.
good lap times here are under 1:20.00, my best so far was 1:15.83, 1500 gears, med tires, soft susp, pro,... the AI trucks do fairly well on this track running as low as 1:29's

None of the evo conversions that I've done are exact "clones" of the originals, that would not only be a boring task for me but would also make an unpleasant racing experiance for you the MTM2 racer, given the differing game physics.

For those not familiar with the Evo1 version there was some contraversey surrounding the location of the treasure chest, nobody could find it untill Phineus Holmes solved the mystery, but there was one small problem, it was buried 200 feet below the terrains surface and TRI failed to supply some sort of tunneling vehicle so it remains unatainable in evo1.
(read more about it here, http://forum.karf.net/ubb/Archives/Archive-000002/HTML/20010802-4-000261.html)
I placed the treasure in the exact same spot on this track (x=0, y=0, z=0) but in MTM2 if you drive directly over the buried treasure it will magically surface, if you are familiar with my tracks you will find my "trademark" very near the exact local.

The track should run smooth on all systems with graphics set to sparse, set graphics to normal to view the track in its entirety. For best frame rates shut down all unnesesary programs, and when running with two or more oponents I recommend running stock trucks or repainted low vert stock trucks.

========================================================

Most of the models are from TRI's (http://www.terminalreality.com/) 4x4 Evolution 1-2, and were converted to bin format, retextured, remapped, resized, reanimated, and a few repaired/rebuilt by me. the ground textures are also from 4x4evo2, 19 identical ground textures were removed, every model was trimmed of extra verts and unneeded faces if possible in my effort to keep the file size to a minimum and also frame rates at a maximum.

=======================================================

As with all my tracks they are made for fun and everything in them is for anyone to use, I have all my previous models, textures, and tracks available at my site, and this tracks components will follow shortly after its release.... @ http://malibu350.com

way down here is the BOTTF-TTAT section.

if you happen to be bumped off a bridge and find your self underneath it, you can drive right through the underside of the it, often times making a much quicker route to the road.

The only tree's that are collidable are those nearest the course, all others are just for looks.

The quickest way to the buried treasure is to make a left hand turn at the start line then procede straight with the cp 1 finder dot at 6:30, you will come to a rift or small canal, turn left at it and follow it untill you spot an old truck.

168 hours were spent converting and building this track, 20 more to go getting all the models prepared and up for dl.
